No TCS foods on premises at the time of the inspection. TCS foods and sanitizer test strips were set to be brought to the site later in the afternoon (~5 pm).
Water was on, but had low pressure at the time of the inspection. Maintenance staff were not present to resolve the issue but were set to arrive at ~5pm.
All equipment was set aside to be washed before food preparation began to ensure it was free of dust/dirt.
