Corrective Actions: Due storage of liquid items in this room, it needs to have a nonabsorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable surface.

Corrective Actions: These need to be replaced with smooth, non abosrbent, and easily cleanable tiles.

Additional Comments

Discussed ceiling tile and carpet. These need to be replaced soon. Person in charge set to order the QT-10 sanitizer strips.
Good temperatures, good handwashing, good datemarking. and good glove use by the person in charge and food employee. Facility is well operated and kept very clean and organized.
