39: 610 The ceiling above the shelves next to the walk in cooler has some form of damage resulting in it shedding paint on the food below.
Corrective Actions: Replace or repair the damaged section of the ceiling so that it is no longer contaminating food stored below it.

Additional Comments

The hot holding unit has been repaired. The utensils have remained in their new dispensing containers with the handles of the untensils facing outward as required. The facility now has an irreversible registering temperature indicator for their dishwashing machine.
