22: 0820 (A2) Food in the refrigerator next to the back door was above 41F.
Corrective Actions: A corn salad that was prepared yesterday was discarded as the was no assurance it had reached 41F. The unit was adjusted and the air temperature dropped below 38F. Other food items should return to temperature quickly.
Additional Comments
Person in charge was very knowledgable and quickly fixed the issue with the one refrigeration unit. Discussed replacing the ceiling tile with smooth and nonabsorbent tiles. Person in charge stated that she also wanted to increase the lighting in the kitchen. Facility well operated.
