54: 2720 The refuse container located outside the establishment is missing its lid. Corrective Actions: Replace the missing cover of the outside refuse container with one that is a tight fit.
54: 2730 The refuse container used to store refuse/recycbles has no drain plug. Corrective Actions: Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place.
55: 2860 Paint is peeling from the ceiling in the dry storage room. Ceiling surface is not smooth, durable, easily cleanable, and/or nonabsorbent. Corrective Actions: Refinish or replace the ceiling surface at the area designated so it is: (1) Smooth, durable, and easily cleanable for areas where food establishment operations are conducted; (2) Nonabsorbent for areas subject to moisture.

Violation 55 from the June 15, 2022, inspection has been corrected. Violations 2720 and 2730 were observed as repeat violations during this inspection and remain open. Facility clean and well managed. The following foods were on the serving line: bacon (156°F.), sausage patties (110°F.), sausage gravy (157°F.), and cheddar rounds (134°F.). Open violations to be corrected by November 23, 2022, unless an acceptable compliance plan is submitted to the local health department prior to that date. Thank you.
