Corrective Actions: Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place.
54: 2720 The dumpster outside is missing a lid.
Corrective Actions: Ensure receptacles are equipped with tight-fitting lids or doors if kept outside the food establishment
55: 3170 The ceiling in the dry storage area next to the walk in cooler has a large spot of what appears to be water damage. The walk in freezer is leaking creating large accumulations of ice on boxes of food beneath the leak.
Corrective Actions: Find the source of the water damage and repair it. Replace or repair the section of damaged wall so that it is smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. Repair the source of the leak in the walk in freezer.
