15: 0470 Observed a tray of raw meat stored above a box of produce.
Corrective Actions: PIC moved the produce to the designated produce area of the walk in.

18: 0725 (6) Observed partially cooked chicken in the prep unit.
Corrective Actions: An employee voluntarily discarded it.

39: 0560 Observed linen being used to cover a pot of noodles on the cook line.
Corrective Actions: PIC removed the linen.

43: 0550 Rice scoops were stored in standing water.
Corrective Actions: PIC removed.

55: 3170 Dim lighting throughout the kitchen due to lights not working, and multiple ceiling tiles were peeling. PIC states that the lights are scheduled to be repaired tomorrow.
Corrective Actions: Repair/replace.

56: 2890 Observed lights that were not completely shielded and or were missing end caps. PIC states that these repairs are planned to take place during the scheduled light repair.
Corrective Actions: Repair.

Previous violations were corrected (4, 5, 8, 10, 16, 28, 45, 48, 49, 55(3180)).
Store things properly and do not keep items that are unnecessary to the operation. Do not use non-continuous cooking without an approved plan.
