Additional Comments

New drink service unit. (Old display case is gone). Ceiling has been cleaned. New mop sink faucet. EMployee health was verified for workers.
Cooling = PIC to start a cooling log for foods prepared in house. Frozen wands are recommended to help cool quickly.
Permit issued.
