10: 2310 Observed a plastic cup with "tips" written on it with a rock inside being stored in the employee handwashing sink.
Corrective Actions: A handwashing sink shall not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Operator removed the cup. CORRECTED

16: 1780 Observed Orange Multi-Surface cleaner being used as the sanitizer.
Corrective Actions: Equipment food contact surfaces shall be cleaned and sanitized with a recognized and approved sanitizer as needed. Found quaternary ammonium tablets in the cabinet of the mobile food unit. Made a sanitizing bucket and tested the quaternary ammonium at 300ppm. CORRECTED
