Are using poly food grade bags for storage. Frozen meat juice in tall freezer has been cleaned. Date marking on eggs rolls, wontons in reach in and chicken in walk-in much improved - Keep this up. Frost in large chest freezer has been cleaned. Tin foil and corrugated gone. New dial thermometer has been purchased. Knives with broken blades no longer on knive storage. Holes behind sink on wall have been repaired. Thank you.
