Corrective Actions: Provide a sign or poster at all handwashing sinks used by food employees that reminds food employees to wash their hands.
36: 1320 (A-D) Thermometers are needed in the cold holding units.
Corrective Actions: Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature.
36: 1510 A probe thermometer is needed. (only use the ambient air thermometer for air temperature - laser scanner.)
Corrective Actions: Obtain a probe thermometer in order to check the internal food temperature.
47: 1570 Observed ice buildup in the walk-in freezer.
Corrective Actions: Remove the buildup. Identify the source and correct as needed. (PIC will make a service call.)
