22: 0820 (A2) Observed coffee creamers in the cold milk well cold holding above 41F. When tested, original creamer was at 43F and oat milk was at 51F.
Corrective Actions: Move coffee creamers to another cold holding unit that can maintain the product at 41F or below. (Immediate Correction Needed - PIC discarded the items and put out new product.)
47: 1570 Observed the cold milk well cold holding items above 41F. Observed a buildup of ice in the base of the well.
Corrective Actions: Repair, replace or repurpose this unit. The unit must be able to maintain time/temperature control for safety food at 41F or below. If this unit cannot do this, it cannot be used as a cold holding device. (Correct by 7/29/25)
The cold milk well was defrosted, original product was discarded, and ice was used for new product.
Use time control (4 or 6 hours) for the creamers in the milk well until the cold milk well is repaired or time as a public health control is permanently established.
