All refrigeration is working except the drawer cooler and the prep unit. The technician is scheduled for today. Owner can replace the unit if necessary. (More in storage.) Requested a picture/invoice showing the equipment is working properly.
Corrected since last inspection:
- Faucet of bar 3 basin sink is installed.
- Bathroom handwash signs are posted.
- Hoodskirt is installed.
- Thermometers are in all coolers.
Note: Observed a gap above and below the back door. Correct this by 30 day inspection.
The permit to operate will be issued once the email/text is received showing the prep unit is working properly. (Drawer cooler still needs repair but does not hinder issuance of the permit.)
