Synopsis:
Received an email containing the water test results from this establishment's private well on 8/22/2023. Observed that the test results showed an absent for E. Coli and a present for Total Coliforms. Upon receiving these results, I emailed the manager and stated that due to this dining facility testing positive for Total Coliform, do not allow anyone to use the water from the dining facility due to possible contamination. In the email, explained that consumption of this water can possibly lead to vomiting, diarrhea, and etc. and that the well needs to be treated with bleach. Told manager to treat the well, then resubmit a water sample to be tested and to notify the health department of the results. Manager replied to the correspondence. Followed up with facility on 10/10/23 and the manager stated that they treated the water and will pull the samples on 10/12/2023. Manager sent an email on 10/16/23 of the water results taken on 10/12/23 and both sinks in the dining facility tested absent for both E. Coli and Total Coliform.
