Observations & Corrective Actions

16: 1700 (1-5) (6a) (6b). Observed the CMA L-1X dishmachine had a concentration of zero parts per million (0ppm) registered on a sanitizer test strip.
Corrective Actions: until dishmachine is repaired to produce a chlorine concentration of 50-100ppm; use three compartment sink to manually wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes. use bleach test strips to measure the concentration of each sanitizer solution made.

Additional Comments

- Observed a hole with exposed piping located beside the retreat center. Person in charge (PIC) stated that the exposed underground pipe transfers potable water into the retreat center. PIC stated that the pipe was under repaired due to a break in the pipe line. In 10 days, have water tested for E. Coli, Total coliform, and Nitrate and submit water sample results to the Campbell County Health Department.
- Person in charge stated that camp counselors are currently residing in retreat center.
