Follow-up from 9/2/22 inspection. 28 - 3380 - Sanitizers - Has correct plain Chlorox bleach. 55 - 3170 - Physical facilities maintenance - Area below bathroom window has been patched. Needs to be painted - may happen when they close for winter holiday. Probably due to cement block not being insulated - Heat inside causes moisture build up. EHD shows permit valid through 8/31/23. Has not received but has paid. Call LHD and ask for Laura or Mark if you do not receive.
