23: 830 Items in walk-in, sauces, Chana Masala made as long ago as Sunday, with no date marking. Items to be kept overnight must be date labeled and used or discarded in 7 days.
Corrective Actions: Discussed options they can use. Can use stickers or shelves to designate date made. Can use erasable board. In 10 days (By 10/1/22), tell me what system you have implemented and send me a photo documenting it.

35: 790 Frozen spinach thawing on the ground in a container.
Corrective Actions: Foods should never be stored on the ground and thawing should occur under refrigeration, under cold running water or as part of the cooking process.

38: 2930 Hallway with dry stuffs next to bar - Exit door near handle - Can see daylight. Weather stripping has also pulled back in exit door, in dry storage.
Corrective Actions: In 90 days (By 12/21/22), have the jambs, sides, bottoms of these doors sealed. Rodent droppings found near dishwasher. Alert Ecolab to this.

51: 2180 (A) See past inspections re: grease trap.
Corrective Actions: Sandeep called Lights when I was there. Restaurant has the grease trap. Will continue to work with plumber to try to find one who will install.

Use Ecolab for Pest Control - Come monthly. Looked at 8/21/22 visit which showed normal service, no structural or sanitation issues.
Newest employee - Angelina - trained on EHP. Had her sign paperwork (1-B) at time of inspection.
