- Observed the propane tankless hot water heater able to maintain the handwashing sink at a minimum temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit as well as maintain the 3 compartment sink at a minimum of 110 degrees Farenheit under constant water pressure.
- Observed grease trap installed under 3 compartment sink.
- Observed the installation above the prep unit cooler to be covered.
- Observed clear caulking between the coving and floor to seal any additional cracks.
- Observed vomit and diarrhea clean-up kit which included sand, apron, gloves, mop head, bleach.
