Establishment has new sandwich station area ready. Received Inspection sheet from City for new sink/plumbing.
Discussed cleaning plan for meat slicer and mandolin. Plan is for them to prep tomatoes/onions and meats during early prep, but please clean these every 4 hours or when significantly soiled should you end up using throughout the day.
New sandwich part of menu approved and can be started immediately.
