The facility had called in a service request for both dish machines which are not working properly. Service rep was present during the follow-up and demonstrated operational function of the dish machines.

The cleaning of the facility was ongoing and greatly improved. Trap by the bar dish machine is cleaned out and the facility is working toward repairing the hole to prevent future build up.

Separation has been corrected and maintained.

Cold holding was within limits. Hot holding not present during the follow-up.

Air drying and food contact surfaces were cleaned.
