Corrective Actions: COS - Discussed with employee who stopped and went to wash hands.

15: 12VAC5-421-470.A.4 Observed a large container of parmesan cheese on rack next to drink fountain without a cover, exposing it to potential contamination.
Corrective Actions: COS - asked Person in Charge to cover this container.

Wall that utensils are hung next to adjacent to dishwasher clean - thank you.
