Conducted site visit. Walked through facility with owner to discuss areas in the kitchen in need of improvement with cleanliness and organization to prevent cross contamination. Discussed 5 CDC risk factors for foodborne illness and practices on how to prevent foodborne illnesses. Left educational posters/documents.
