16: 1700 (1-5) (6a) (6b). Observed Sanitizer solution at 0ppm in the three compartment sink and sanitizer Buckets.
Corrective Actions: PIC replaced chemical solution in the sanitizer solution and tested to return concentration to 200 ppm, replacing all sanitizer buckets out of concentration.

25: 930 Observed the menu on the two screens offering no consumer advisory while cooking eggs on the breakfast plates to order.
Corrective Actions: PIC will add consumer advisory to the menu to prevent any future health or legal action in the future by (09/24/24)

55: 3180 Observed significant soilage inbetween equipment on the line as well as grease build up on the back of the line and on the floor.
Corrective Actions: PIC will increase cleaning frequency to remove debris and maintain smooth, clean and safe surfaces with a deep clean before (09/24/24)
