Permit posted and good through 1/31/25. Gave Manager cell phone flyer. Stalagtites of ice on ceiling of walk-in freezer - Did not seem to be issue of getting on food. Please monitor and repair if needed. Discussed EHP with newest employee. Discussed allergen protocol with Manager. Surfaces such as door handles for cold holding units cleaner than last inspection - thank you. Observed good hair restraints, as well as appropriate hand washing between glove changes.
