- Observed handsoap dispenser above 3 compartment sink. Remove handsoap dispenser.
- Observed the faucet on the 3 compartment sink not able to reach the far right sink basin (the 3rd compartment). Have repaired or install food grade hose (above flood rim at least twice the diameter of the water supply inlet and not be less than one inch) to fill the compartment with water to wash or sanitize dishes.
- Observed water leak under 3 compartment sink plumbing Also, observed piping to be a direct connection under the 3 compartment sink. Have plumbing repaired to have an air gap or air break under the 3 compartment sink only. Discussed with contractor about needing an air gap or air break to prevent sewage from contaminating dishes and produce.
- Observed no absorbant (i.e. kitty litter) with the vomit and diarrheal (V&D) clean-up kit. Also, did not observe written procedure for cleaning up V&D incident in food establishment.
