Corrective Actions: Use single use gloves, deli-paper, tongs, or something else to prevent clean bare hands from touching ready to eat foods. (Employee self corrected by putting on a pair of gloves.)
Corrected Since Last Inspection:
- #44 - 2000 - Trays holding coffee mugs appears to have been cleaned. (Wash/rinse/sanitize this area at a frequency necessary to keep it clean.)
- #51 - 2250 - The mop sink is now accessible for use.
- #55 - 3180 - The following areas appear to have been cleaned: the basin and the wall of the handsink, under kitchen equipment, the walls of the kitchen, and the fryer.
- #55 - 2790 - The wooden pallet under the ice machine has been painted. The wood shelf above the 3 basin sink has either been replaced or painted. The cardboard has been removed from the kitchen. The flooring infront of the back door is now smooth and cleanable. The walk-in cooler has a mat on the floor.
Observed a hole in the wall to the left of the kitchen entrance. The wall moulding is also missing at the floor/wall juncture. (Repair by next inspection to restore a smooth, durable, and cleanable surface.)
