5: 255 Observed there was no VD Clean Up kit or procedure on site. Corrective Actions: A will be aquired and stored at the food establishment within ten days (12/18/23). EHS Timothy will forward instructions to provide with kit.
16: 1770 (A) Observed signifcant soilage on the storage container for the knives, both on the inside of storage and outside. Corrective Actions: Soiled storage shall be cleaned to sight and touch within ten days. If unable to be cleaned then storage container will be replaced before ten days as well (12/18/23) Updated storage picutres will be emailed to timothy.vantassel@vdh.virginia.gov
