5: 255 Observed there was no VD Clean Up kit or procedure on site.
Corrective Actions: A will be aquired and stored at the food establishment within ten days (12/18/23). EHS Timothy will forward instructions to provide with kit.

16: 1770 (A) Observed signifcant soilage on the storage container for the knives, both on the inside of storage and outside.
Corrective Actions: Soiled storage shall be cleaned to sight and touch within ten days. If unable to be cleaned then storage container will be replaced before ten days as well (12/18/23) Updated storage picutres will be emailed to timothy.vantassel@vdh.virginia.gov

Additional Comments

Discussed Employee health policy, discussed cleaning routines of deli slicers and cutting boards. Discussed with PIC the start of condensation in the Freezer. Discussed correct aquisition of test strips.
