Corrective Actions: Post signage reminding employees to wash hands.

15: 0470 (A 3-8) Observed food in prep unit to be in contact with the bottom of other containers of food.
Corrective Actions: Employee removed as to not contaminate food itmes.

49: 4-602.13 Observed the bottom of inside the Coca Cola cooler to have food debris built up.
Corrective Actions: Clean. Maintain clean.

49: 1770 (C) Observed lid used to cover chicken in walk in cooler to have a black mold-like substance on it.
Corrective Actions: Employee removed and replaced with a clean container.

55: 3180 Observed floor to be black and in need of cleaning under prep unit and prep sink. Observed drains under prep sink and 3 vat sink to have food debris.
Corrective Actions: Clean. Maintain clean.

Additional Comments

Clean up procedure posted and bodily fluid clean up kit available. Permit expires on 6/30/2024. Please call Campbell County Health Department to pay prior to permit expiration (434) 592-9550. Once payment is received, a new permit will be sent. EHS unable to sign due to technology issue.
