Facility has reopened after structural fire to outside of the building. Facility took time to deep clean entire facility during non-operation and all equipment is in good working order.
Maintain facility is current state to allow for easy daily cleaning duties, maintain equipment in good working order and prevent excess build up food debris, trash, grease or other spills that may occur in the facility.
The outside of the building still has a temporary repair on the roof. There is a vinyl heavy duty tarp over the hole the fire department put in the roof to vent the facility. The owner of the food facility says the landlord is waiting on insurance to cover costs of the repair. the owner was informed that the outside repair is a temporary one and if the repair fails then weather related conditions may enter the facility causing new problems and may force a new shutdown in the event of heavy rain, snow or other potential damages.
