Called and spoke to Mr. Duran (phone number ending in 1217) this afternoon due to not getting any response to my email from 5/14 trying to gather more information about their planned CIP (clean in place) alternative procedures for the vacuum tumbler marninator. The owners/managers will work to get me an email of their new CIP plans by tomorrow. From this phone call, it was also discovered that a vehicle hit the building last week and did damage to the drink station area and the bathrooms that are now needing repairs. Insurance it working with them but the process is moving slowly.
