Observations & Corrective Actions
49: 1770 (C) The walk-in cooler and prep coolers were cleaned and sanitized but some areas within them still require attention. The walk-in cooler vent and fans, ceilings and flooring still have some signs of dust, mold or food residue that needs cleaning., The bottom of the prep coolers are cleaner but excess water and food debris is present that should be removed nightly.
Corrective Actions: Clean these surfaces to remvoe all food residue, food debris, dust, biological growth and other contaminates as frequently as necessary to maintain them clean. Manager is contacting a professional group to come and repair walk-in cooler's siding to help prevent future issues.
Additional Comments
The facility is contacting a private group to come in and repair/clean the walk-in cooler to prevent future build up of biological growth. The manager/owner will contact me to provide a date of service and I will come and inspect the repairs to determine if the meet the requirements.
