Follow-up inspection from November inspection. Tommy has 12/20/23 parasite destruction letter from True World Foods. Rice no longer stored in employee locker room. Tommy showed me sani-bucket in sushi area. There were S/S boxes on floor in storage room but Tommy states they were just delivered and will be put in shelving asap. Large chest freezers had been defrosted and looked good. Mop sink faucet now working. Grill area cleaner but walls besdie it should be cleaned at end of every shift. Lights that were out in mop room and outside mop room replaced and area much brighter now.
