51: 2350 (ii) There is no hot water at the 3 basin sink. Observed a catch bucket stored under the plumbing of the 3 basin sink. Employee states they are filling the sink with hot water from the hand sink to do dishes. PIC is waiting on a part to repair. (30 days to correct) Corrective Actions: Repair or replace to restore proper function. Hot water needs to be at least 110F and not leaking. (30 Days to Correct)
