PIC showed ma/ datory training lessons/ classes to inspector with signatures from staff that attended. The instructions covered Sanitizer bucket procedures, proper date labeling procedures and Proper cooking/ reheating procedures. PIC is still waiting on backflow prevention for carbinator and will update inspector when it has been repaired (out of order until repairs are finished,)
