Corrective Actions: Clean. Maintain clean.

51: 2350 (ii) Observed back hand sink turned off. When turned on, the pipe underneath leaked. Observed front hand sink to be leaking. Sump pump was not turned on.
Corrective Actions: Repair hand sink so that it can be turned on and stay on without leaking. Have sump pump turned on at all times sink is in operation so that it does not leak.

Permit posted expired in 2023. Post current valid permit in view of customers. Post inspection sign in view of customers. EHS copy. Follow up via email to ensure sink is repaired. Email photos of working hand sink.
