10: 3030 Observed lack of paper towels in employee restroom and men's restroom. Corrective Actions: Provide paper towels.
10: 3020 Observed lack of soap in the men's restroom. Corrective Actions: Provide hand soap.
16: 1770 (A) Observed food debris on in place slicer on table. Corrective Actions: Clean after each use or every 4 hours if used continously.
49: 1800 Observed build up on handle to oven on prep line and microwave handle and inside. Corrective Actions: Clean. Maintain clean.
51: 2350 (ii) Observed back hand sink turned off. When turned on, the pipe underneath leaked. Observed front hand sink to be leaking. Sump pump was not turned on. Corrective Actions: Repair hand sink so that it can be turned on and stay on without leaking. Have sump pump turned on at all times sink is in operation so that it does not leak.
