Due to the staff today telling the inspector that they do not have any email address, a second visit was made to the food facility to drop off a printed copy of today's inspection. Also, numerous food safety handouts on topics such as how to do a food safety audit on your restaurant, preventing cross contamination, and handwashing in Chinese were left this afternoon as well.
