22: 0820 (A2) Observed the walk-in cooler air temperature at 46F. During inspection the cooler raised in temperature to 52F. (Immediate Correction Needed)
Corrective Actions: Move food to another cold holding unit that can maintain 41F or below. (PIC moved some food to freezers and some to other cold holding units. Some food still remaining in walk-in cooler. EHS will return this afternoon to learn how PIC plans to keep the remaining food cold.)
47: 1570 The walk-in cooler is cold holding above 41F. The refrigerator technician is present and has a part on order. The unit should be repaired next week. (30 days to correct.)
Corrective Actions: Repair or replace the unit to restore proper function of maintaining cold food at 41F or below.
