Establishment has not created a written procedure to use time rather than temperature as a public health control. Establishment has all food items stored in coolers. Observed date marking on items in the cooler that were made more than 24 hours in advance. Observed a scoop with a handle used for rice. Knives are properly stored. There are no raw chicken cardboard boxes or grocery bags being used for food storage or food contact. All violations have been corrected. Thank you.
