Corrective Actions: Correction: Refinish or replace the floor material so it is: 1. smooth, durable, easily cleanable, and nonabsorbent. Management is already aware of this issue and plans to address it in the next three (3) weeks.
I visited this location for a second pre-opening today due to hot water capacity issues noted after the remodel (the location was closed for several weeks for construction). The front hand sink was found to be 100 F, the back (dishwashing) hand sink was found to be 101 F. After filling up both the wash and the sanitzie basin at the three-compartment sink about halfway with warm water (mix of hot and cold) the hot water was found to be 104-105 F. After waiting for about 10 minutes and then running water for a few minutes the hot water was then found to be 108-109 F Hot water at a dishwashing sink should be 110 F. An instant hot water heater is still in the works being added to the Starbucks kiosk in the coming weeks.
The VDH food permit was issued today and you may re-open to serve food and beverages. The issued with the floor not being sealed will be checked at the next inspection.
