Discussed with owner about the previous complaint received at the Campbell County Health Department on 11/15/2024. Complaint inspection was conducted on 11/21/2024. During today's inspection (conducted on 12/13/24). Owner presented receipt of pest control's last visit to facility. Pest control treated for insects including (millipedes, centipedes, spiders, and german cockroach) on 11/06/2024). Discussed with owner that during the complaint inspection conducted on 11/15/2024, dead cockroaches was observed on the dishmachine, underneath the prep table (next to 3 compartment sink), and in the right corner of the 3 compartment sink. Also, a baby snake was observed on the floor underneath the right drainboard of 3 compartment sink. Discussed with owner that if dead cockroaches are observed within facility; then employees must clean and sanitize area. Also, discussed with owner about removing excess harborage from kitchen (including unused containers and unused equipment) to prevent a breeding ground for pests and rodents. Also, discussed that any openings to the outside or the walls need to be sealed.
