Observed the 3 compartment sink was unable to maintain 110F. Upgrade hot water heater to maintain hot water for both 3 compartment sink and handsink during times of operations. Observed no hand antiseptic (soap) at handwashing sink and no thermometer to take temperatures of food products. Obtain hand antiseptic and food thermometer. Obtain grease disposal agreement. Permit was not issued during time of pre-opening inspection.
