River Ridge Mall moving Mission House to temporary space in mall while "refresh" is happening. Tommy sent me requested lease with end date 2/29/24 as well as floor plan.
Discussed process for dishwashing which will happen at current permitted space, and Tommy will send me a written procedure.
Looked at current space for temp loacation and made some changes to submitted floor plan. Will use mall's temporary hand sink (one Chick-Fil-A used during construction) to provide handwashing in prep area without major plumbing work.
Will need to post current permit at temp site.
Will need to post VDH QR code sign at temp site.
If temporary space use expected to go past 2/29/24 current time-frame, let me know.
Heavy equipment to be moved Sunday, 1/14. I will come as soon as possible after opening to see operation at temp location.
Check with mall as to backflow prevention on hose leading to espresso machine.
