28: 3330 Spray bottle was sitting by hand sink in front with pink liquid in it, but no identifying information. Corrective Actions: All working containers should be labeled with the name of the chemical in it to prevent accidental poisoning or the mixing of 2 not compatible chemicals. COS, by discussing with owner who identified chemical as sanitizer, and spray bottle was labeled.
51: 2350 (ii) There was no water to mop sink when faucet was turned. Per owner, water is turned off to it currently due to a leak. Corrective Actions: Have mop sink repaired and in good working order as soon as possible but no later that 8/2/23.
