I visited this location today in the Timberlake Rd Kroger and spoke with the manager, Angie. I made her aware we have called the store when she was not there last month as well as for at least two months be talking to folks (mostly via email) with Starbucks concerning the need for a plan review to be submitted for the upcoming remodel of this Starbucks. No paperwork and no plans have been submitted to the health department as of today. Per discussions today, I informed her that the plan review process can take about thirty (30) days and then after that we conduct a pre-opening inspection. So, in order for he store to have a remodel and a re-opening inspection by mid-June things need to be submitted ASAP to the health department. This location will closed next week and plans to re-open in early June or so per the schedule the manager has for the construction.
