F/U from 9/20/22 inspection re:
36 - 1320 - Thermometers - Pepsi reach-in has one. 2-door reach-in behind Sushi bar has one.
38 - 3270 (1, 2, 4) - Controlling pests - Pest Control came 10/11/22, but findings from 9/20/22 were not discussed with them.
55 - 3300 - Extraneous items - No real progress made.
Dish room walls and floors were cleaner. Working on ceiling tiles.
Told Owner I would return in approximately 10 days to follow up.
