6: 220 One water bottle with cap, and 1 coffee drink in plastic cup with no lid observed in front service area. Corrective Actions: Employees can have drinks but they should be in containers that reduce the chance of contaminating their hands. This could be a plastic cup with a lid with straw, or a lidded coffee cup with small hole to drink from. Please discuss with employess. Drinks should be in place accessible to employees for hydration but not in direct prep areas.
28: 3330 Observed spray bottle in host station with yellow liquid with no label. Unlabeled chemcials could prevent a risk if mixed accidentally with another chemical that could produce a toxic chemical or gas. Corrective Actions: COS - Manager labeled spray bottle. Gave Manager handout about 2019 incident at Buffalo Wild Wings. We are working on a simple flyer in English and Spanish as well and will get to you when we have it.
54: 2740 Pavement area around Darden grease container shows grease waste, which could create an attractant for pests. Corrective Actions: This is a repeat violation from last inspection. Please clean this area within 10 days (By 10/1/23) and send me a photo. Clean as often as necessary to keep from creating a nuisance area.
55: 2830 Observed that tiled coving at floor/wall junction between grill line and kitchen is missing, and could be an area where pests could hide. Also no longer smooth and easily cleanable. Corrective Actions: Repair this area by replacing tiled coving to make a smooth and easily cleanable area within 90 days - by 12/21/23.
55: 3170 Observed ceiling tile in dry storage over drink syrup area with hole in it - No longer in good repair. Manager states they used to have drink lines running through the hole. Corrective Actions: Please repair/replace damaged ceiling tile with one in good condition. Have completed in 90 days - by 12/21/23.

Manager states RK Enterprises comes monthly for pest control, but last report in book is May 2023. May be emailing reports or asking establishment to pull them on-line, but Ana will check on it.
