12VAC5-421-1780 (E) - Equipment - Non-TCS Food Contact Surfaces and Utensils. Corrected. The white plate inside ice machine as well as the inside top portion of the equipment was observed to be clean to sight and touch (observed less mildew build-up). Also, observed soda nozzles at the self-serve station to be clean to sight and touch.
