Corrective Actions: Whenever thawing any food item place the date of thaw on the food. This date will show the moment time restarted upon thaw and then the facility will have the remainaing time to use the item, up to 7 days.
Additional Comments
The facility did not have enough sink basin plugs to stop water from draining at the 3-compartment sink. The manager on site was directed to purchase a new stopper so all basin may be filled to facilitate proper dish cleaning.
