Observations & Corrective Actions
39: 690 Open drink observed above clean dishware on cart to right of dish machine. Cell phone observed on prep table to right of ice machine. These are potential souces of contamination.
Corrective Actions: COS - Manager removed. Store employee dri nks in location where they can not spill onto food, s/s, or clean dishware and with straws, drinking lids to lessen chance of contaminating hands. Cell phones have a lot of germs and should not be stored on prep tables. Employees should change gloves, wash hands after they handle cell phones.
44: 2000 (A) (B) (D) Clean utensils hanging to right of dishwasher on wall that appears to need cleaning. Clean utensils should be protected from potential contamination after cleaning/sanitizing.
Corrective Actions: As soon as possible, but no later than 90 days, clean this wall, and do so at a frequency to prevent build-up.
49: 1800 Metal storage rack with pizza boxes behind grill has build-up of excessive dust.
Corrective Actions: As soon as possible, but no later than 90 days, remove all pizza boxes from rack and clean and sanitize surfaces. Do at a frequency to prevent build-up.

Discussed notification from Water Resources. City coming to replace line next week. Have pumped and have records. Need QR code to help with employee training so they can do on phones and have asked for it.
Reviewed most recent Orkin report - 5/29/24.
Observed what appeared to be 2 burrow holes under outside storage unit (light bulbs, extra paper towel holders). Manager had see these too. Manager called Orkin Manager to make them aware.
Discussed 2 different chicken products, "uncooked chicken breast fritters" versus "bone-in wings fully cooked." Manager has thermoneter for temping foods and knew temperatures that these are to be cooked to (although wings are usually 200F+).
There was water on floor in walk-in. Manager states that unit had frozen up and she had to defrost. Maintenance has already been contacted. Foods inside 41F or less. Temperature came down on ambient thermometer while I was there.
