16: 1700 (6c) (6d). 16 OUT 1700 CORRECTED At the three-compartment sink in stand 2027, sanitizer was found not to be coming out properly as 0 ppm or no detectable level of sanitizer.
Corrective Actions: Correction :Regularly use test strips to monitor sanitizer strength - per manufacturer's instruction on your sanitizer, it should be between 200-400 ppm & dishes must be soaked. * Corrected during inspection by employees will take dishware over to concession stand 2018 where 704 Lactic Acid Ecolab Sink & Surface Sanitizer is coming out.
43: 550 43 OUT 550 CORRECTED At the fountain drink machine ice bin, the handle to the ice scoop was touching the ice.
Corrective Actions: Correction: Store the ice scoop in a manner so that the handle does not contaminate the ice. **Corrected employee throw out ice that was touching the handle & positioned the ice scoop handle above the ice**

NOTE: This location usually is open for volleyball and basketball games. Water was found to be 128° F at a hand sink. Concession uses Liberty for their pest control. Using TPHC for hot foods.
NOTE: Discussed the regulation changes including: starting summer 2021 for there to be a written vomiting and diarrheal clean up procedures (previously left VDH / VDACS Guidance for clean-up June 2021 guidance) and you already should have a clean up kit ; also starting summer 2021 you must post all pages of your most recent inspection OR post a sign saying inspection is available for viewing on request (QR code poster previously emailed) – you can post this near your food permit which also must be visible to the public / your customers ( need to obtain and post food permit at stands).
